BREAST ASYMMETRY
This 56 year old woman had suffered significant breast asymmetry all her life.
This was corrected using a Mastopexy / Augmentation of the right breast combined with an Augmentation of the left breast.
-Right breast lollipop breast lift with a 200cc round breast implant.
-Left breast augmentation using a 350cc round breast implant.

This 60 year woman had breast implants inserted 30 years ago. She developed early capsular contracture which had worsened over the years.
She presented to Dr Drielsma with advanced scarring and distortion of her breasts.
Dr Drielsma performed a reconstructive removal of her implants with en-bloc total capsulectomies, revision of her sub glandular Impact pockets, and implant replacement using full profile anatomical gel devices.
